What can you do with a degree in Management Information Systems?

Is it likely that you can work from home? What are some examples of entry level positions? Any advice/input is really appreciated. =]

You can find jobs involving MIS. There’s a LOT of entry level work with banks and government services. Entry level positions will have you doing what’s called putting out fires — when things go wrong with the tech, you’ll be expected to solve the problem. Once you rise the ranks, you’ll be placed in more managerial positions involving paperwork, policy writing/enforcement, and administrating department budgets.

No, not really work at home unless you got tons of experience as a consultant (> 20 years, else no one will hire you as a consultant).
