How I can prevent my dog from barking while I'm at work?

I have a Pomeranian from a local shelter tomorrow. She is 5 years if has been largely easier their formative years. The thing is that my neighbors have a Yorkie who barks all the time you are away from home. I definitely do not I want to be an annoying neighbor because I have a dog like that. I'm hoping someone can give me tips to train a dog to bark when alone. I have a Boston Terrier mix (according to other neighbors) is calm, but it is the luck of the draw. I have no idea how to teach this behavior. PLEASE HELP!

when instead working to provide a lot of toys, food, water, a Kong put something inside that ur dog is not allergic to something you likes.i a little cheese or peanut butter.Dont put a leash.
